From Pastor Carlos Winterle’s blog:
Eight (8) ladies from the Lutheran Missionary Women League (LWML) – Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) – USA were in Kenya from March 30th to April 12th. This postage of the BLOG presents a report about their Mission Trip. Every one of them wrote a little about their impression.
We thank the group for all support, efforts and friendship they shared with our people. Praise the LORD!

I was so excited to read about you ladies’ experiences in Kenya. I know from experience that you will never be the same after spending time with women from such a different culture; God seems so much bigger than He did before! May God bless you always as you share what you learned and how you grew. May He also graciously bless all those with whom you had the privilege of interacting in Kenya.
Thanks for setting up this blog site. It should definitely help the LCMS mission community stay connected!

I am stepping on the 50 year mark faster than I can think. However, I would like to assist in some manner in Romania.
If there are any opportunities in Romania, please let me know.
Thanks,
Doug
Doug, Thanks for your comment and your interest in supporting God’s work in Romania! LCMS World Mission currently does not have any missionaries or mission projects in Romania, but we are present in many other European countries and former Soviet bloc countries. You can visit http://www.lcmsworldmission.org/eurasia to learn more about our work in that area of the world. Thanks and God bless!
