Louise and Michael Weber receive the 2009 International Lutheran Educators award from Dr. Jonathan Laabs, Executive Director of the Lutheran Education Association (LEA).  The Webers are educators at Concordia International School Shanghai, where Louise is the Elementary School Principal and Michael served as Director of Technology from 1998-2008.  

The Webers received the prestigious award at the 10th Anniversary celebration and auction for Concordia Shanghai on April 25.  The live and silent auction raised over RMB 1 million (US$150,000) for Concordia Welfare and Education Foundation (CWEF), a Hong Kong-based charity affiliated with LCMS World Mission.
