Rev. Jim Buckman serves as an urban mission strategist in the Newark, N.J. area. He recently shared this information about a resource for prayer during the Muslim month of Ramadan.
Jim writes, “The Muslim holy month of Ramadan began on August 22 this year. This is one the most important times in the religious calendar for Muslims.
“30 Days (www.30-days.net) provides information about Ramadan and the Muslim faith and helps guide people through a 30-day prayer focus for Muslims during Ramadan. It has downloadable resources and great facts to share with people.
“Jesus said, ‘My Father’s house will be called a house of prayer.’ Consider joining in this month of prayer so that more Muslims would know God’s love personally. “
