Listen to these audio interviews from Rev. Dr. Jonathan Blanke and Cindy Charlton. Rev. Blanke is a career missionary with LCMS World Mission, and teaches New Testament classes for seminarians and college students at Japan Lutheran Theological Seminary and Japan Lutheran College. Cindy Charlton is a former LCMS missionary from California, currently living and serving at Izumi Lutheran Church in Fukushima City, Japan. She lives about 50 miles from the severely-affected northern coastal city of Sendai, Japan.
