Interim executive director named by mission board
On Nov. 19, Kermit “Butch” Almstedt, chairman of the Board for Mission Services (BFMS), announced on behalf of the Board, their unanimous decision to appoint Rev. Dr. Thomas R. Zehnder as interim executive director of LCMS World Mission. Zehnder accepted this appointment the same day.
