President Robert Bugbee and mission executive Rev. Leonardo Neitzel of Lutheran Church—Canada invited Rev. Brent Smith, LCMS World Mission regional director for Eurasia, to Winnipeg to share learnings about LCC’s mission work in the Ukraine and look for additional ways to work together in the region of Eurasia.
