New seminary class begins studies in Nicaragua

Thirty-five men and women of the Lutheran Synod of Nicaragua recently began studies to become pastors and deaconesses. Rev. Ed Auger, LCMS missionary, is serving as a mentor to one of the students and assisting in church-planting efforts.

Storkson and Quill join LCMS International Mission team

The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod Office of International Mission is pleased to introduce two new team members to its international regional work team. Darin Storkson is the regional director for our newest region, South Asia and Dr. Timothy C. J. Quill is the new international theological education director, helping to network and coordinate formal theological education programs and initiatives in all five LCMS international regions.

Support Panama Theological Education

The Lutheran Church of Panama (IELPA) is developing an important project for the training and equipping of laity and pastoral leadership in their country.
